About Us

What is ICF Architecture?

We specialize in designing homes and buildings made of insulated concrete forms (ICF). I appreciate that you reached out to me to see if this form of construction can work for you.

ICF homes are highly efficient, healthier, sustainable and safer than traditional wood construction. They can be designed in any style or size. This is the future of construction

We also recommend some other components that you may be interested in.

  • ICF exterior walls, (cost less and are fire/storm proof and are highly efficient, healthier, sustainable and safer than traditional wood construction.)
  • SIP roofs (no roof rafters),
  • Metal stud interior walls and floors (best fire protection for the interior of the home)
  • In-floor radiant heat AND cooling (eliminates ductwork and contaminants)
  • Triple pane European doors and windows (Cost less than most standard windows).
  • With solar panels, these homes can be net zero.
